Traditionally animated, The Tale of a Town was created for the celebration of 850 years of Pančevo. Youth Centre Pančevo produced the film and Vladimir Uspenski helped me with sound design and editing. I owe special thanks to film director Radiša Stanišić for his wholehearted support.
The film was screened in Serbia and Greece. It won several awards in Serbia, including the Best Animation Award at the Belgrade Documentary and Short Film Festival, City of Niš Award for the Best National Animated Film, and the City of Pančevo November Award for Achievement in Art. ■
